Early stage. High leverage.
We are a small team building the control plane for AI coding agent fleets. If coordination infrastructure is your kind of hard problem, write us.

What we are building
Territory maps, exclusive leases, merge-replay verification, semantic impact analysis, and CLI / MCP / dashboard surfaces that agents and platform engineers actually use. The work spans distributed systems, developer tooling, formal allocator properties, and honest enforcement design — not prompt wrappers or another chat UI.
Day-to-day that means lease overlap algebra, hotspot splits, partition plans, GitHub / CI gates, hardened runtime boundaries, and buyer-auditable threat models. We care as much about keeping the respected-leases qualifier as about what we ship.
Control plane
What “early stage” means here
Design partners run the coordination stack today. The company is small; process is light; ownership is large. There is no public job board with five open reqs and a careers CMS. When we open a role, it will be specific — and it will go first to people who have already introduced themselves with relevant work.
If you need a polished recruiting machine, we are not there yet. If you want to shape how agent fleets claim work before they collide, this is closer to the ground floor.
Who tends to fit
- Engineers who have built or operated developer infrastructure — CI, monorepo tooling, merge queues, agent harnesses, or control planes.
- People comfortable with systems trade-offs stated plainly (advisory vs hardened, 404-not-403 tenancy, single-process SQLite bounds).
- Researchers or practitioners who care about measured conflict rates, not slide-deck guarantees — see research.
How to reach us
Email info@managent.tech with a short note on what you have built and why agent coordination interests you. A link to a repo, paper, or ops writeup beats a generic cover letter. We read everything; we reply when there is a real fit.
Product interest without a hiring conversation is fine too — join the waitlist, read the manifesto, or try the demo.
