Privacy Policy

Managent (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds coordination software for AI coding agents. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit managent.tech, join our waitlist, or use the Managent product during early access.

This policy applies to:

• Our public marketing website and demo pages
• Waitlist sign-ups submitted through the site
• The Managent coordination service you run in your own environment after receiving an invite

It does not cover third-party websites, agent tools, or code hosts you connect to Managent (for example GitHub). Those services have their own privacy policies.

Waitlist and contact information. When you join the waitlist, we collect the work email address you submit. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include in your message.

Website usage data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the marketing site.

Product and account information. If you are invited to early access, we may process your name, work email, company name, and notes you provide during onboarding. We also issue invite and license credentials needed to install and run Managent.

Coordination data in your deployment. When you run Managent, the service stores operational data needed to coordinate agents, such as repository identifiers, file paths included in leases, task descriptions, queue state, API key hashes, webhook events, and verification results. This data is stored in the database you operate unless you configure otherwise.

Information we do not collect from the website. The public site does not ask for payment details, government IDs, or precise location data.

We use personal information to:

• Operate the website and respond to requests
• Manage the waitlist and send early-access invitations
• Provide, secure, and improve the Managent coordination service
• Communicate about product updates, support, and onboarding
• Comply with law and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use waitlist emails for unrelated marketing lists.

We may share personal information with:

• Service providers that help us run the website and waitlist, including form-processing and hosting vendors, only as needed to provide their services to us
• Professional advisers such as lawyers or accountants, under confidentiality obligations
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy

Waitlist submissions on the marketing site are transmitted to our form provider, Formspree, which processes the email address you submit on our behalf.

The Managent coordination service is designed to run in infrastructure you control. In a typical deployment, coordination data stays in your environment and local database. Website and waitlist data are processed through our vendors' infrastructure, which may be located in the United States or other countries.

We keep waitlist and invite records for as long as needed to manage early access, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Coordination data in your Managent deployment is retained according to your own policies and configuration.

You may ask us to delete waitlist information that is no longer needed, subject to limits imposed by law or legitimate business needs.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and hashed storage for sensitive credentials where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of certain information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Managent is a developer tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you access the website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date below. Material changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on the website.
